To celebrate the best in beauty ingenuity, the exclusive Cosmetics & Toiletries (C&T) Allē Awards red carpet gala and dinner will be held on March 12, 2025, at the Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, along the beautiful Jersey shore.

Shining a Spotlight on Beauty Ingenuity
In 2024, 39 Allēs were awarded to the winners, along with 41 Merits. Honorees comprised ingredient suppliers, finished product manufacturers, test method/tool designers, digital tech developers and others.
The C&T Allē Awards, presented by C&T magazine and parent company Allured Business Media, bring behind-the-scenes ingenuity in cosmetics and personal care R&D into the spotlight. The Allēs honor the scientific acumen, formulating skill and vision of innovations throughout the cosmetics and personal care product development process — from active and base ingredients and ingredient blends, to prototype chassis/formulas (NEW for 2025!), finished formulas (indie, mass and prestige), testing methods/tools, commercial devices and digital technologies (e.g., wearables, software, platforms) for consumer or business users.
Judging and Eligibility
Entries will be rated by our esteemed panel of judges based on parameters including:
- novelty and practicality,
- safety, stability and efficacy,
- sustainability (where relevant),
- significance to the industry
- and more.
Eligible entries must have been launched or implemented in 2024*. Each entry requires the paid submission fee ($525) and supporting documentation; see the submission site for more details. Note that an additional licensing fee applies for use of the finalist and winner logos.

Submit by Sept. 6 to be in our 'Sneak Peek'
