Advancing Compliance, Equity in the Cosmetics Industry

Chaudry brings a wealth of knowledge in regulatory compliance and a "steadfast commitment to advancing equity, well-being and excellence in the cosmetics industry," per IBA.

As founder of the EWC, Chaudry reportedly has been instrumental in providing expert guidance in regulatory compliance, program development and advocacy; her extensive experience also ensures businesses meet the highest standards of equity, safety and compliance.

Navigating Cosmetic Policies

Before establishing EWC, Chaudry played an influential role in shaping cosmetic policy, providing expert testimony before Congress and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and advocating for marginalized groups and enhanced cosmetic safety regulations.

"Marcha’s mission aligns perfectly with IBA’s dedication to empowering businesses to navigate the complexities of cosmetic regulations and uphold standards of equity, wellness, safety and responsible policy," the IBA stated.

"We are honored to have Marcha join our esteemed Board of Directors and look forward to her invaluable contributions in driving our mission forward."
