Cosmetics & Toiletries (C&T) is thrilled to welcome Gill Westgate, Ph.D., director of Gill Westgate Consultancy, Ltd., and honorary visiting lecturer at the University of Bradford, UK, to its Scientific Advisory Board. She brings a deep level of hair and skin biology expertise to the table.

"C&T continually reviews and evolves its Scientific Advisory Board," said Rachel Grabenhofer, managing scientific editor. "We've found that just as cosmetic manufacturers must align with market trends, C&T must build up its guiding panel of experts in emerging areas of beauty and personal care — and hair biology is an especially big one. Additions like Gill are what make us a trusted resource to our readers."
