Sun Chemical, a subsidiary of Japan's Dainippon Ink and Chemicals (DIC), appointed Rudi Lenz as CEO and president and Susan Guerin as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Lenz served as Sun Chemical's senior vice president and chief financial officer, as well as a board member, since 2002. He began his career in 1976 with the German Internal Revenue Service, later landing the position of president and CEO of Fairchild Aircraft Incorporated, a division of Fairchild Dornier Corporation, in 2001.
Guerin, who spent 15 years working for the Unilever Group, also served as president of the Americas Apparel Group at Paxar Corporation, covering financial business for all North American and Latin American clients.
