The Twin Cities Chapter of the SCC has announced that Nancy M. Lambert, patent attorney in 3M's Office of Intellectual Property Counsel, will speak at its March meeting. The meeting will take place on March 20, 2007, in Shoreview, Minn., USA.
Her practice, according to the society, includes patent portfolio management of US and foreign applications; negotiating and drafting joint development agreements, licenses and acquisitions; litigation and opposition proceedings; right to practice options; and overall client counseling on IP matters. Before becoming a patent attorney, Lambert was a chemical engineer for DuPont.
