New York Color (N.Y.C.) is joining the mineral makeup sector with a new color collection. The Smooth Mineral Collection will premiere in drugstores and mass market chains in February 2008 and will include blush, loose powder, pressed powder, finishing powder, loose eye powder, and a mineral starter kit.
The loose eye powders are accompanied by an applicator brush and a weather proofer liner sealer that transforms dry shadows into waterproof liner. The line claims to be free of talc, oil, fragrance and preservatives.
The line will include two mascaras and a lip plumper. The plumper is formulated with cinnamon, ginger and peppermint to plump in addition to vitamin E to sooth and hydrate. For more information, visit www.newyorkcolor.com.
