Spain-based Mixer & Pack has appointed Javier Aguilera general manager, who has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, quality and industrial transformation.
Aguilera succeeds Juan Mediavilla, who held the role of general director befoe leaving to pursue a new professional challenge.
Mediavilla is credited with laying the foundation for the growth of Mixer & Pack, leading to some of the "most prosperous years in the company's history."
Aguilera will be responsible for leading the designer, developer and manufacturer of perfumes and air fresheners into a new stage of growth and operational excellence, per Mixer & Pack.
The executive has a background as an industrial engineer and has worked for companies such as Grupo García Carrión, Hero, Nueva Pescanova and Mondelez International.
