Micro Powders, Inc. has named Shayma Ayvaz as their new sales manager of The Americas for their personal care division.
Ayvaz previously worked for a specialty chemical manufacturer as a technical sales account manager and as a technical sales director for a global cosmetic company. Additionally, she has worked as a formulation and ingredient chemist for skin care and cosmetic companies.
Ayvaz has a BA in biology from Rutgers State University and a MS in pharmaceutical science from the University of Cincinnati.
