Klinger Advanced Aesthetics has been set free from its product line Cosmedicine to form its own company. Trueyou.com, the company that owned Klinger and Cosmedicine has sold its spa business to focus on Cosmedicine.
According to the company, it did not have enough resources to develop both the spa business and the cosmetics line. It will, therefore, focus solely on the innovation of Cosmedicine.
Pharmaceutical professions Joseph and Angela Krivulka bought Klinger Advanced Aesthetics a few months ago. The two reportedly plan to transform the company into medical spas that include cosmetic dermatology, skin care, body treatments, hair care and retail. The company will be renamed Georgette Klinger Aethetics, Spa, Salon and Cosmedical Centres. The new owners will also introduce cosmetic dentistry.
Although Klinger will continue to carry Cosmedicine, it will redevelop and reformulate its own product offering.
