Kao brands announced that John Nosek has joined the company as vice president of sales. In his new role, Nosek is responsible for all the domestic sales organization—including field sales, customer marketing and sales operations. Nosek reports directly to Tara Khoury, vice president, marketing and general manager, Kao Brands North America.

Prior to joining Kao, Nosek was vice president, sales operations for the L’Oréal Paris Division. Also within L’Oréal USA, Nosek held the position of vice president of sales for the Maybelline New York – Garnier Division, where he played a key role in driving division growth through the successful launch of Garnier Fructis.
Prior to Procter & Gamble’s acquisition of Clairol, Nosek was the senior director of sales and trade relations for the Bristol-Myers Squibb Consumer Sales Organization. In that role, he led multi-functional business teams in support of the Clairol, consumer medicines and Mead Johnson nutritionals divisions.
