The winners of the Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD)'s fourth annual CITY Awards for Cosmetic Innovators of The Year were announced during the association's 34th annual meeting on June 13, 2007 in New York City.
Sam Brocato presented the CITY awards to the winners. The CITY Awards were judged by respected advertising, marketing and sales executives with experience, but without current affiliation, in the cosmetic industry.
Eight awards were given to ICMAD Member Companies entering in the following product, package design, sales and marketing innovation categories:
