Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors' (ICMAD) board of directors have re-elected David Schieffelin of Models Prefer Ltd. as president of the association. Carl Geffken of Carl Geffken Consultants and Pamela Viglielmo of The Gramercy House were both elected vice president. Howard Barker of H. Baker Development was elected treasurer, and Sharon Blinkoff of Buchanan Ingersoll was elected secretary.
Stanley Katz of Katco Industries Inc. was reappointed chair of the board, and Marva Kalish was reappointed vice chair of the board.
