Honeywell (Brussels, Belgium) has announced a realignment of its fluorines sales management team in Europe, adding further strength to its sector leadership. Daniel Nott was appointed sales manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Additionally, Paul Sanders has joined the fluorines sales and marketing team as marketing manager for the foam and specialties business, replacing Nott. Sanders is responsible for developing marketing strategies to further profitable growth, dealing with the region’s environmental challenges and opportunities, and in particular for developing and expanding the market for the company’s Enovate brand blowing agent in Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
Reporting to Sanders, Mario Maccarrone has been promoted to field marketing analyst of foam, from sales manager of foam, for Southern Europe. In his new role, Maccarrone will work with customers to grow applications using the company’s Enovate blowing agent. His primary focus will be on spray foam growth in Spain .
Dave Ferguson also has joined the fluorines sales and marketing team as a technical service manager for the foam business in EMEA. Ferguson will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in their rigid polyurethane and extruded polystyrene foam product development and manufacturing processes, including field trials. He is tasked with identifying customer needs and, together with marketing, translating them into value-adding customer programs.
