Tim Waller has joined the BABOR BEAUTY GROUP’s senior leadership team as co-CEO and group brand president of BABOR & Premium Brands.

Prior to joining BABOR, Waller held senior management positions at L'Oréal and at international divisions of Estée Lauder.
Waller has been part of the BABOR BEAUTY GROUP since 2016, as CEO of the subsidiary BABOR Americas. In this role, he built up the brand's sustainably in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean and established innovative sales partnerships.
In his new role, Waller will be in charge of corporate strategy, global marketing and sales for the BABOR BEAUTY GROUP. His priorities will be to create an organization and processes to increase international consistency and relevance.
"It is my intention to further strengthen our professional skin care heritage and anchor the brand BABOR firmly in the world of expert skincare, while continuing to drive brand awareness and accelerate internationalization as well as multichannel distribution," says Waller.
