Avon Products Inc. announced two additions to its global marketing team. Joe Feczko has been named group vice president of global design, and Donna Campanella has been named executive director of global media.
Feczko will assume a newly-created position where he will help mold Avon's global image. He joined Avon from Federated Department Stores, where he spent ten years. Prior to Federated, Feczko was senior vice president of marketing at Neiman Marcus and vice president of visual presentations with Bloomingdale's.
As executive director of global media, Campanella oversees the media planning and buying process for Avon on a global scale. She and Avon's team of regional media planning managers will manage relationships with Avon's media agencies and alliance partnerships globally to secure media innovation and ensure consistency in advertisement placement and practices. Prior to joining Avon, Campanella was director/team leader, Media at Pfizer Inc., and oversaw pharmaceutical advertising.
