Procedure: Combine A in the main mixing kettle at 20-30°C with a prop mixer at a low speed. Mix for 5-10 min or until solution is clear and free of solids. In a separate container, combine B at 20-30°C with a prop mixer at low speed. Mix for for 5-10 min or until mixure is homogenous. Conduct the same procedure for C, D and E (separately) as for B. Check pH and adjust to 5.5-6.5 with F. Add B to A with medium shear mixing at 20-30°C. Mix for 5 min. Heat batch to 85-90°C while mixing at low speed. Hold at 85-90°C for 5 min. Cool batch to 70-80°C. Add C and D separately to batch with medium shear mixing at 70-80°C, mixing for 5-10 min after each addition. Add E to batch with paddle or side sweep mixing at low speed and at 70-80°C. Mix for 5-10 min Do not aerate. Cool batch to 40-45°C with paddle or side sweep mixing low speed. Do not aerate. Add G in order to batch with paddle or side sweep mixing at low speed. Wait until each addition is fully dispersed before proceeding to the next. Do not aerate.
